I. HATE. Snow.
I mean, really, really hate it. this is, like, the SEVENTH time the forcast has called for rain and ended up with Snow.
But enough about that! My holiday was fab. awesome. felt longer thne seventeen days. Just cus i sprained my ankle, I got a nifty excuse to wear gumboots the whole time. Gumboots that apparently, really like my socks. Because not once did they let me keep them.
Things I've learned over the holiday:
1. My step cousins have only ever met me when they are piss drunk. It's starting ot look like a pattern.
2. Six teenage girls, and a finalfantasy movie do not mix. Not with out sex jokes. lots, and lots of sex jokes. Really, really bad, well timed sex jokes.
3. Aerith is apparently, from now on, called "The lady With The Boobs." curtiosy, of course, of said drunk cousin.
4. Crazy french relatives are fun. Crazy french Relatives who like the same music as you do, and LOVE singing it at the top of their voices, are even more fun.
5.Grandpa does not, apparently, know about liquir laws. Nor does he know that most teenagers don't like Brandy Chocolates for christmas. But I love him anyway, because he looks so happy to get his monoprint from me. He hung it up right away. It was really touching. Plus, mom likes Brandy chocolates. This way, I can eat hers.
6. The weather hates me. It also, if this year has been anything to go by, wants me to die. painfully. Several times, if possible.
7.User manuals area joke. No, seriousely- 518 pages? and they want me to read it when?
7. apparently, there are some things that are brain meltingly boring, even in an australian accent. Who knew.
8. Life is not worht living in winter. This bodes true for all life forms. Why the fuck won't it just rain?!?!?1
9. last but not least: if you want ot show a grandparent/parent you really love them, thne give them a piece of art you've worked on. it's the nicest gift they'll receive that year, and the most touching. all three went to hang their prespective peices right after thye got them- some even moved family photos that had been there for years. It helps put things in perspective.

okay. It's near twelve, and i despritely need a good cry, if I'm even going to stand a chance of getting up, and attend school tomorrow. So have a happy belated new year, lovelies, and I'll see you next update.
